I had my 16 week appointment today, so I thought I'd give a quick update. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures to post, but anyway.... The appointment went well. It was very short, but the highlight of it was hearing the baby's heartbeat. It took awhile for the midwife to find it which was a bit stressful, but once she did it was such a relief. I think Chris and I agreed that hearing the heartbeat was almost better then the first ultrasound. It was the first time that we actually got to hear that it was alive and real! I really am pregnant!
I still have morning sickness which I'm so tired of. It is getting better, but it seems like when it feels like it's just about behind me, I have a bad day again. Yesterday, I threw up twice. I think I felt worse because I have a cold and was extra tired, but it can be discouraging. I feel better today, and have been ok so far. Oh well, I know it will be worth it in the end. Everyone keeps telling me that.
