10 Days Old!

Our little pumpkin is growing so fast! Today she weighed in at 7lbs. 13oz. Things are going well and we're learning how to cope with the constant tiredness. She hasn't been too bad at night, but its never easy getting up and taking care of a baby in the middle of the night when your eyes just won't stay open :o). Daddy(Chris) started his full time job this week so Sarah and I have been missing him. So far his job is going great, and he really loves it. It's such an answer to prayer.

Hello friends and family! Chris and I want to thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers throughout the pregnancy, labor, and birth of our precious princess, Sarah Elizabeth. As most of you already know, our baby girl was born Monday, November 2, at 4:04a.m. and weighed 7lbs.1oz.

Autumn and Baby Shower

Hello everyone! We went for a nice walk Saturday afternoon to enjoy all the fall colors. Thought we'd share a few pictures. It's been so nice having Saturdays off now that I've finished work.
I love this time of year!

My friend Ronda planned a surprise baby shower for me Saturday evening. They don't usually have a baby shower for mother's-to-be here, but she wanted to do one because it's something we would usually do. She planned everything so well and we had so much fun. We've decided we want to make it a tradition now at our church :o).

She bought these onesies(sp?) for us to paint for the baby.
We made a stencil to iron on the t-shirts and then painted them and pealed the stencil off.
