Hello, our dear friends and family. Can't believe it's already July!! Feels like Bryn just turned one, but that was back in April! My promises of an update soon are long overdue.
Sarah's been really enjoying school(nursery). She's made lots of friends and loves her teachers. Her Welsh is really coming along too. We saw one of her teachers in town the other day, and she asked her what her little brother's name was, in Welsh, and Sarah said "Bryn" right away. We had another hospital visit with a bad bout of asthma in the last month, but she's much better now. They gave her a new, preventative inhaler that seems to be helping.
Bryn is growing up so fast. While Sarah would sit quietly and look at books, watch TV, or draw, Bryn will take any opportunity he gets, to go outside. If he suspects any one of us are going outside, he frantically tries to get to the door. He also loves to bring his shoes to us with the hopes that we'll put them on him so he can go outside. When he's outside, he loves the sandbox and going to see Auntie Anne and Uncle Ifan, our neighbors. He can often be heard, yelling "AAAAA", what he calls both of them. Bryn also loves food. Not necessarily eating and swallowing it, but mostly tasting it. Usually when he sees anyone with a drink or food, he'll just come up to us with his mouth open like a little bird, wanting to be fed. He's talking a lot more and says lots of words.
He also does lots of baby sign language.
We're so thankful to God for our two beautiful children. They keep us busy and tired and crazy, but we wouldn't change it for the world! Hope you enjoy the pictures.
